NOTES DE DÉGUSTATION (V/O/G):
V: Le gin est limpide et incolore
O: Au nez, le charactère est végétal avec une touche florale. On ressent de la fraîcheur au nez, tel le concombre, avec une légère touche qui rapelle le poivre des dunes, un peu rustique.
G: En bouche, le gin est frais et légèrement végétal. Les arômes terminent sur le côté Floral/ Végétal. Classique London dry gin, qui s’agence à merveille avec l’arôme de la Quenouille.
